This document describes how personal data is processed for users who visit this website, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC.
02. Data collected & purpose
Technical browsing data. Operating the site requires the automatic processing of technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access. This data is used only to deliver the site and keep it secure, and is not used to identify visitors.
Contact data. If you get in touch by email, the data you provide (name, email address, message content) is used solely to reply to your request. It is not shared with third parties or used for marketing.
Images. Photographs are delivered through the content delivery network of Adobe Inc. (Adobe Portfolio). Loading an image involves the transfer of your IP address to Adobe under its privacy policy, available at adobe.com/privacy.
Fonts. The typeface is served by Adobe Fonts (Adobe Inc.). Loading it involves the transfer of your IP address and technical browser data to Adobe, which uses them to deliver the fonts and to count their use for licensing purposes. More information at adobe.com/privacy/policies/adobe-fonts.
Anonymous statistics. Only if you accept on the banner, the site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate form (pages viewed, country, device type, referring site). It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. If you decline, the statistics script is not loaded at all.
03. Legal basis
Technical data, images and fonts are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the security and proper operation of the site. Anonymous statistics are processed only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the Cookie Policy page. Contact data is processed to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
04. Recipients
Personal data is not shared with third parties, except:
- Vercel Inc. (hosting of the website and, only with your consent, anonymous statistics)
- Adobe Inc. (delivery of images and fonts)
- Where required by law or court order
Transfers outside the EU are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
05. Retention
Technical data is kept only for as long as needed to operate and secure the site. Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a professional relationship follows, for the period required by tax and legal obligations.
06. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to:
- Access your personal data (Art. 15)
- Request rectification (Art. 16) or erasure (Art. 17)
- Request restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- Object to processing (Art. 21)
- Request data portability (Art. 20)
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing (Art. 7(3))
